Halloween will be here before you know it and the amount of folks looking for costumes will increase dramatically. I’ve always found that getting a Halloween costume is either a great experience or a dreadful one. You may want to get your shopping in early if you want to keep the trip from being dreadful. The state of Pennsylvania passed a law a few years back stating that people riding motorcycles no longer need to wear a helmet while riding.
